Sofia s Etna Rosso Gioacchino is made from 100% Nerello Mascalese from their organically farmed vineyards. Light, transparent ruby in colour, the Etna Rosso is fresh and mineral driven with layers on layers of red berry fruits and sea salt spray. 

It showcases the family s emphasis on elegance over power. Abv 14% and decant for an hour before drinking for max pleasure.
